Madison winter

It’s finally feeling like winter around here in Madison, the first snowstorm on the way tomorrow, which is probably why I’m already looking forward to our pair of spring readers for Felix: A Series of New Writing. I’m happy to announce that Gabriel Gudding will be reading for the “Felix” series on March 11th and Myung Mi Kim will be reading on April 8th. I’m in the middle of Gabe’s Rhode Island Notebook, a broken song of the open road, and am enjoying every mile a minute of it. I’ve haven’t yet gotten my hands on Myung Mi Kim’s newest collection, Penury, but will amend that once this semester ends—that is, if it ever ends. So fast-forward past the four bone-freezing months of winter and look forward with me to some fantastic poetry by Gabe Gudding and Myung Mi Kim.
